call-back telephone support is available at no charge
for the first 30 days on most full versions for registered
users
(excludes "Basic" and "Upgrade" versions). After
30 days, telephone technical support becomes, "pay per
call".

Telephone support incidents after the first 30 days, training
support, or
registered, out-of-contract, will bill at $20 base rate for
the first 10 minutes, and $2 per minute ($120 per hour).
